The active pattern will resume with heavy rain across central Indiana late Sunday into Monday, with areas of 3.00"+ possible, mainly south and west of Indianapolis. Flash flooding is possible Sunday night with the potential for lingering areal flooding into Monday. #INwx
A composite bar graph has six clusters of four bars each going from left to right. Each set represents a central Indiana city...Indianapolis, Lafayette, Bloomington, Muncie, Terre Haute, and Vincennes. Each individual bar within a city's cluster displays the probability of the city receiving a certain threshold of rainfall in the Sunday to Monday timeframe. All cities have an 80 to 90 percent chance of one inch of rainfall, and a 70 to 80 percent chance of at least one and a half inches of rainfall. Looking at potential for greater rainfall amounts, Muncie and Vincennes have a 50 percent chance of two inches of rainfall, with a 75 percent chance at Lafayette; chance for three inches of rain range from about 10 percent at Muncie to almost 50 percent at Bloomington, Terre Haute and Vincennes.
