- Widespread Action stage rises and scattered Minor stage rises are still likely across the SERFC area due to heavy rainfall, fueled by moisture from Tropical Storm #Arthur. Isolated Moderate stage rises are possible in the hardest hit areas.
- Widespread moderate to heavy rain is expected over western Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. Numerous action stage rises and scattered minor stage rises along rivers in the Alabama, South Alabama, and Tombigbee River Basins are likely. Isolated impacts in other areas are possible
