    Africa now has its own continental dev agency, the African Union Development Agency-NEPAD‼At the 35th Ordinary Session in Niger on 4&5 Jul the AU Executive Council adopted the Statute & Rules of Procedure & structure of AUDA-NEPAD. AUDA-NEPAD has a clearly defined legal identity
