    I wish to congratulate HE Sameh Shoukry on his election as President of #COP27 Africa's presidency of the Conference of Parties is a watershed moment for the continent. Goal 7 of #Agenda2063 espouses environmental sustainability & climate resilience & our actions must meet this.
