- Normalize shaming and making people feel uncomfortable. Your married brother brings his side piece to the bbq, say something. Your homie isnβt taking care of his kids, cut them off. We canβt be enabling such poor behaviour. Holding people accountable begins with relationship.
- I don't think women are becoming heartless. I think they are becoming more aware of how they want to be treated and what's really worth their energy.
- Iβve realized a lot of men really donβt like women being women anymore. Women canβt complain, canβt be a lil dramatic sometimes, canβt be sensitive, etcβ¦. Itβs almost like they want to be in a relationship with a man.
- The real goldiggers are the men who expect you to take care of them, clean their house, wash and iron their clothes, give birth to their children, manage their emotions, and on top of that go to work and contribute 50/50 to the expenses.
- Check yourself. Sometimes youβre the toxic person. Understand that you make mistakes. You hurt people. Apologize. Thatβs growth, understanding that there are things you need to work on. Thatβs enlightenment, striving for continuous improvement, instead of faking perfection.
- Normalize allowing kids to express themselves and feel joy while doing so. Normalize speaking positive affirmations into your seeds. Normalize generational healing.

- Letting someone create a false narrative of you is a small price to pay for having rid yourself of their toxicity. Let them say what they want, if you and the most high know the truth, your life will flourish and their lies will rot theirs.
