- Today we remember the life of Jo Cox. Ten years ago we lost a remarkable force for good in our world. Jo’s commitment to delivering change was an inspiration & she had achieved so much. My thoughts today are with Jo’s family - who keep her flame & passion alive. #moreincommonToday marks ten years since Jo was killed. We remember Jo as a mother, sister, daughter, wife, friend, campaigner and public servant. - I’m thinking of the late Roy Hattersley and his family today. He was always such interesting, engaging company. Speaking to him together with Neil Kinnock, to whom he was such a loyal and effective Deputy Leader, was an evening to remember.
