Proud of my dad. He’s the most resilient guy I know. Diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer 4 years ago, beat it. Brain cancer 2 years ago, and just had successful brain surgery this week.

Don’t wanna confuse causation vs correlation, but when you have 3 RBs who can split squat over 365 with excellent speed & technique, it’s fun to see what kind of angles they can hit on the field quickly and effectively

Friday night my dad, best friend, and hero passed away after a 4 year fight with cancer. He was the toughest SOB I’ve ever met, lived life to the fullest, took pride in everything he did, & made a positive impact on so many people! He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten!

Plenty of 330 lb athletes can back squat 500-600 lbs, but haven’t witnessed many who could rep out 80lbs of added resistance on skater squats. SL transfers to DL, the opposite isn’t usually true. @tristen_cox67 showing some excellent strength & ROM here

325 lb athlete SL squatting 50lbs > back squatting 500lbs For reference he's still strong bilaterally (600+ Trap Bar DL)- SL carries over to DL far more than the opposite. @tristen_cox67 displaying some great relative strength & ROM
