Coming from the college sector and seeing the "lost ones", it's time to make a push that all high schools get a certified coach in their building! @HMHSathletics - Athletes, do yourself a favor right now.. PREPARE YOUR BREAKFAST TONIGHT!! Have a plan to eat BEFORE workouts. On top of the heat, you have too much of a workload ahead to go on an empty stomach.
