When there are posts of DL whooping OL in pass rush drill, everyone chimes in to laugh. Well, it's our turn... 👀@shrine_game @ballen65_ #NoGlueEatersAllowed #ELITEMindset #OLPBuiltToDominate

Then it's not holding. 1st commandment in OL bible, "Thou holding is not holding until thouest is caught." Yup, truuue story. 😇
PITT OL getting away with holding a bunch today.

Eh, looks like me when my kids leave toys down and I step on them. I rant, they take it, and then they do it again. That’s because emotional me isn’t an effective communicator. Let’s not pretend this is what “coaching” is. It happens, get emotional, but this isn’t the standard.
I need ALL ATHLETES to watch these two professionals playing at the highest level of their sport! Look at the eye contact, body language, humility, respect, and willingness to learn as their coach passionately holds them accountable for their mistakes. Be coachable!

Sometimes, a clear message has to be sent. There's no "technique", or "jargon", or tough quotes. It's just a whole lot of f**k you. 👊🏾!

A sloppy squat accomplishes two things. First, feeds ego. Two, sets stage for injury. And neither will make you a better player. Just focus on doing things the right way, because it will carryover to the field. #ELITEMindset #OLPBuiltToDominate

You know what, screw it, THIS KID IS HAVING FUN! The “old school” ain’t EVER coming back. It’s a new game being played by new kids, and it looks FUN! Kids, go get ALL this game can offer you. Enjoy EVERY minute of it. Don’t let miserable & unhappy people “mess with you drip.”😎

Nice work @DennisKelly67 stepping up to the challenge. Lesson for younger players, when you line up against great players, be physical. Don’t let the last name beat you. Myles had his moments, but so did 71. That’s football...That’s LIFE. #ELITEMindset

Clips like this is exactly why player development is so much more difficult than in years past. Social embarrassment/shame hurts growth.

I love this, but it's scary to see. DL has evolved to the point where players can TEACH. They are free thinkers. Some OL coaches still forcing nonsensical ideals onto players because it has to be done "my way." Players never LEARN, just robots.
Awesome moment. @TambaHali91 giving @jbbigbear pass rushing tips after the game. 💯 #FootballIsFamily

Young players wanting to get “noticed” - Don’t pay for what you can do yourself. Take this step-by-step recipe... College coaches will appreciate this. Remember, they’re looking for talent, but NEED the right people. #ELITEMindset #OLPBuiltToDominate

And the other sports don’t have a defender lined up across ready to steam roll over them..... 💡🤔 #RespectTheGame #ELITEMindset #OLPBuiltToDominate
