00:00 - A #CMV was stopped after loose and missing wheel fasteners caught an #MTOOfficer’s attention. The inspection also found inoperative brakes on axle 1, a faulty tractor protection system and no stop lamps or left signal. The vehicle was impounded and charges were laid.
