- We had a chance to check out the new ODOC electric vehicle from Canoo, outside our offices in OKC. This vehicle will be headed to Lexington to be used for perimeter security at our facilities there. We are excited to add the Canoo EV to our fleet. #ODOCProud
- Just before 5 p.m., Governor Kevin Stitt hand delivered more than 500 commutation certificates he signed today. ODOC Sentence Administration staff are now forwarding the certificates to facilities across the state in preparation for Monday's releases.

- 80 inmates got their GEDs last week @ Bill Johnson Correctional Center. As we’ve said before, getting inmates an education is key to helping them avoid returning to prison, so let’s give these men a hand! This pushes BJCC's graduate total to 4,001 since 1996.

- Five inmates at Oklahoma State Penitentiary have graduated from the PHASE - Step Down Program. Friday, June 29, the inmates celebrated this accomplishment with family and friends at OSP. These five men will soon be transferred to a medium security facility.

- 11 Eddie Warrior inmates received their drivers license or state ID cards today from the Muskogee County Tag Office thanks to an ODOC project. Many of them, shown here, will be discharging Monday after HB 1269 made State Question 780 retroactive. Congratulations, ladies!
- Our transition fairs have ended after taking place across the state for inmates potentially nearing release under HB 1269. We held 28 fairs that connected 781 inmates with more than 200 people from 45 nonprofits and DOC community partners.
