    We’ve added additional capacity to our system and activated our Surge Response Team (SRT) to assist with transports from the GTA to create ICU capacity. In partnership with @YorkParamedics, our SRT will now be able to transport multiple ICU patients using a multi-patient unit.

    59 transfers yesterday to create ICU capacity in the GTA. The highest number of transfers in a single day for the month of April. Paramedic Services, nurses, physicians, our staff and more are working around the clock to ease the pressures. Truly one team. Thank you. 🙏👐
