Update: Detached garage fire located on Warren Ave. has been extinguished, crews remain on scene extinguishing hot spots, crews will be clearing the scene shortly. No injuries to report. The cause is under investigation. Please stay clear of the area!

Update 2. The incident commander has confirmed the fire is out. Several residents were treated on scene by @DurhamParamedic for smoke inhalation and all are expected to be okay. There are no significant injuries to residents or fire crews. Trucks have started to clear the area.
