    Leonard is one of the sweetest cats we have ever met. Any time someone passes his kennel he is sure to greet them with a chirping meow and outstretched paws. But, sadly, once potential adopters turn to see him, they leave the room with quiet snickers and whispers.

    There's no other way to put it - Brian is sad. It's been 5 months since he has been looking for a forever home and with every day that passes, we can see the light in his eye dim little by little. We know his people are out there somewhere. We hope they find him today.

    352 days, and not one day more. Today, when our staff went to take Maxx out for his morning walkies, he wasn't there. He wasn't there for the very best reason - for the first time perhaps ever, Maxx woke up in his very own loving home. Maxx was adopted yesterday.

    When Leonard came to our shelter a few weeks ago, we discovered that he has Mast Cell tumors that grow on his face and ears. They are benign and do not seem to cause him any discomfort, but are seemingly hindering his adoption.

    Marco is 15 years old. He shouldn't be living in a shelter, but yet, day after day passes & no one asks about him. Marco is one of the sweetest cats we've ever met. He has hyperthyroidism, but it is easily managed. Please come meet him and see why we love him so much.

    Last week, Lexi couldn’t even lift her head up. Today, she is sitting up all on her own. It might not sound like much, but for Lexi, it’s everything. We’re so proud of you, sweet girl.

    Our hearts break for Asher.💔 Every day, he watches people walk past his kennel and never choose him. He has a chronic (non-contagious) respiratory condition, but he's full of love and affection. He’s not perfect, but he’s perfectly himself. Ask about him today!
