    A thrombus removed from the M1 of a patient with acute stroke during mechanical thrombectomy with aspiration, the patient had an NIHSS of 16, was discharged home at day 3 neuro intact ! Stroke is a surgical disease and we are improving outcomes! #stroke @TJUHospital
