U2 released Zooropa 30 years ago today. I bought the cassette in Sam Goody on Avenue of the Americas after a disastrous job interview and listened to it on a knock-off walkman on the subway home. Blew my mind then. Still does. @U2 #U2 #Zooropa

Enjoying this. Hard to believe people sneer at @PaulMcCartney for being a bit square in his eighties. Imagine if Achilles survived Troy and Greek wags gave him guff on social media cause he couldn’t swing a sword in quite the same way anymore. @thebeatles rule and are underrated.
