Took a break from music to raise my son. Currently staging a dramatic comeback.

- I would start with grip tape on the floors so you can keep your footing after the initial jolt.

- Buckwheat cooked into a dough to eat instead of bread. I had it in Nepal. Very local food, I saw the kitchen help eating it when I was staying at an Inn near Annapurna. They don't put it on the menu bc it's 'lower, not like bread' but I found it very tastey and extremely filling.
- Replying to @CollinRugg and @ChicagolRayNYC -was- a port city. Ships from all over the world would dock on Manhattan and unload goods for the East. Manhattan had first dibs at great prices. Now everything comes in via truck from NJ, & CT. This truck protest will have an effect on things.
