- Quick request- when calling in overworked cath lab team at 2 am for a procedure of questionable indication in a DNR/DNI nonagenarian please make sure you are making that call from the patient’s bedside, not yours. It’s a nice touch, esp if you’ve never seen the patient.
- Now on the wall in all @BrighamWomens cath labs, great reminder to image and what we are looking for. Nice work by @BrianBergmark. @DLBHATTMD @kevinjamescroce @Ajar_Kochar
- Special belated congratulations to friend and new colleague @FaroucJaffer on his recent promotion to Professor of Medicine at Harvard Med School. HMS promotions are the most rigorous in the world, few interventional cardiologists achieve this goal. #MGBInterventionalCardiology
- Best wishes to my partner in valves and great friend @TsuyoshiKaneko1. Today was his last TAVR @BrighamWomens as he moves on to lead cardiac surgery as at Wash U. You will be missed…but we are happy for your new role and certain of your continued success.
- After TAVR, chest pain and hyper acute T waves (pt, not me). Quick angio- LAD mid occluded. Suspecting thrombus, used export and pulled these little boulders out. Ca++ from valve? New one for me.

- Incredible piece of interventional history gifted to me by the great David Faxon upon his retirement…he was an incredible mentor to so many of us.

- I’ve made some amazing decisions in my life…getting falafel from the hospital cafeteria today was not one of them.
