Anonymous web buyers still get the normal flow: click buy, phantom popup, sign, NFT in wallet. The signed-in path doesn't replace self-custody trading. It just makes signing optional once you're inside the ecosystem.

Buying on the web while signed in: click buy → SOL debits from your escrow → NFT lands in your vault. Wallet never opens. re-list it from the site instantly, or claim it through the in-game mailbox when you actually want to use it.

Listing in-game: open backpack, pick item, set price, confirm. ~3 seconds. No popup because the asset sits in a custody slot the authority can only move for YOU. Ownership enforced server-side and in the PDA constraints. Not a database entry wearing an NFT costume.

Under the hood it's two settlement rails hitting the same listings: 1. Anonymous on the web → classic phantom-signed trade 2. Signed into the game → operator-signed through your on-chain escrow + custody vault You don't pick a mode. Being signed in IS the mode.
