After hearing Trump’s claims about the geese, I decided to look into it. Turns out there was at least 1 call to the police reporting Haitian immigrants carrying 4 geese away with them. A woman found a decapitated pig head (likely part of a ‘voodoo’ ritual) in a local park.

You won't want to hear this but it's not really private equity firms scooping up all the single-family homes, it's H-1B (and former H-1B) big tech employees buying them on leverage against their RSU's and renting them out for additional income.
