Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the years. To those who believed in me and saw more in me than I did myself, I love you. To God, thank you for blessing me with the grit and determination to take challenges head on. You are my armor. My surrender to you

The only thing I would say to help him is just make his work more difficult. Decrease the rate of success by making the work more challenging. Mechanically this kid is sound. Now get him uncomfortable and force his ability to adapt and grow.

This hitter was having a hard time finding connection. We flipped his bat upside down to feed the lack of connection. This created more work in the feel and visual feedback to check if the bat becomes perpendicular to posture. Since, barrel depth and hard elevation has improved.

This fellow loves to swing with his arms.... soooooo we took them away! When the arms get further away from the body, the brain has to find some thing else to get moving. #Torso

There are different points in our movement where we can loss space. The butt slide drill is to help create a feel of holding hinge during stride. A lot of barrels followed this drill.

Do that comment was dumb. Like super dumb. Show me quantitative and qualitative evidence that what your say is right. It simple physics, so it should be easy to do.

Once again people donโ€™t understand. YOU DONโ€™T TEACH LAUNCH ANGLE. It is simply a ball flight metric. Every projectile has one.

Optimizing hip adduction on lead leg starts at the ground. When the foot has appropriate amounts of inversion, it improves adduction upstream. The foot grabs the ground, pulls the pelvis into the femur giving mechanical advantage. Pelvis will rotate on femur with greater harmony.

Baseball should be about PLAYING at the highest level you can, not SITTING THE BENCH at the highest level you can. Select a school based on if you can develop and compete for a job immediately. Stop chasing status... For the love of the game... not the gear. โค๏ธโšพ๏ธ

Preventing early upper body rotation with a spare L-Screen and physioball. This can be taken into live ball as well as dry swing.
