    Chief Justice Malaba: "Applicant needed more evidence, than the mere admission by ZEC of the inaccuracy of the figures". So if a person pleads guilty, it's not enough. You must bring MORE evidence to PROVE their ADMISSION of guilt. What kind of justice is this? Pray for Zimbabwe!
