    Saudi Arabia plans to pump $3.2 trillion by 2030 to boost private sector, including 3 trillion riyals (about $800 billion) from PIF. That's interesting b/c PIF does not have $800b now, and would nearly empty it at its "goal" size of $1 trillion in 5 years.
