Progress of the Plymouth Tunnel is underway in Montgomery County, where crews continue with cable rack installation. The Plymouth Tunnel will be a short tunnel (about 1,000 feet) from E. Wayne Avenue to Arliss St in Silver Spring, near the future Manchester Place Station.
