    Having campaigned since 2012 for the use of #Avastin in treatment for wet AMD, the College welcomes today's High Court decision. We hope savings of around £500 million can be secured to improve patient care within the overstretched hospital eye service

    The College is saddened to hear of the death of Honorary Fellow, Jack Kanski. Here's an article in College News from 2004 when he received his Honorary Fellowship. His contribution to the field of modern #ophthalmology will not be forgotten
