Evolution favors the child. If a pregnant mother doesn’t eat well, her body will be cannibalized to nourish the baby. Bone, fat, muscle – all fair game. Nature ensures the next generation survives, even at the mother's expense.

This is exactly why I value HIIT over strength training just for looks. HIIT actually builds usable strength. I’ve seen gym bros crush isolated lifts but gas out during real-world challenges. It’s a shame. I don’t want a body that only looks strong—I want one that is strong.

Let them. Luxury brands are the scam. You’re not buying quality — you’re buying a story. A status symbol. A fleeting fix for insecurity, wrapped in a logo. That’s the real product.

Let them. Just making a cheat sheet is such a great way to learn the curriculum. I know from experience.

Constantly seeking approval. Avoiding discomfort. Letting impulses run the show. Low self-esteem often hides behind a lack of self-mastery. You don’t trust yourself, because you haven’t proven to yourself that you can lead yourself. Start there.

Self-mastery. The skill of doing what you said you’d do—especially when you don’t feel like it. It’s learnable. It compounds. It changes everything. I’m obsessed with it. I tweet about it constantly. (And yes, you can start building it in 30 days.)

Nausea in pregnancy is natural and protective. But it’s likely worse with a modern, processed diet. Eating clean, nutrient-rich foods can often help ease it.

It’s the age where you realize the big goals from your early 20s didn’t materialize—because you didn’t take the necessary actions. And it hurts. Time feels wasted. Now the game changes. You have to master yourself. Do what you said you would do—despite resistance, emotions, and

A loud minority of men are deeply unhappy with their dating life. Instead of taking responsibility, they project their pain outward—blaming women, shaming others, lashing out. It’s easier than self-reflection. But healing starts when you stop blaming and start growing.

Health! Turns out it's not paid for with money—but with self-control, discipline, embracing uncomfortability And the bill comes due every single day.

Pregnant? Nature prioritizes the baby – but you both thrive when you're nourished. Focus on: -Nutrient-dense foods (think meats, eggs, seafood) -Plenty of protein – baby's building blocks -Whole foods your body wants to keep down Skip the processed junk. That nausea? Might be

Your body gets hypersensitive to toxins because the baby’s most vulnerable in the first trimester. Modern processed foods make it worse. Stick to clean, nutrient-rich foods—your body (and baby) will thank you.

When I see someone level up fast, 95% of the time they've mastered themselves. They’ve learned to act—despite fear, doubt, or discomfort. To follow through, even when it’s hard. As a psychologist, helping people build that skill is my life’s work. I tweet about it often.
