    After 19 years our stay in the AIL has come to an end. Massive thanks to everyone that helped us get there, kept us there and the lads today who did everything in their power to keep us there. We have met great clubs all over the country and we will see ye soon. We will be back

    As the dust settles on our defeat yesterday which effectively ends our chances of winning the League this year, it is worth noting the incredible work done by our clubmen yesterday just to get the game on. Super effort by all involved #clubfamily #sodacakes

    It Is with great Pride that we @RFCThomond congratulate another one of our underage players Daniel Okeke on his debut for Munster starting XV for the game vs Wasps this coming Sunday..It dosnt seem too long ago that he was a young boy in Fitzgerald Park. Well Done Daniel
