Sorry for any confusion. - 🧵 The Beverly Hills Assistant Police Chief was the highest paid municipal worker in CA last year with a total wages over $716K. Police roles account for 2/10 highest paid CA municipal employees for 2021. South Gate Police Chief is in #8 spot with $556K total wages.
- 🍕update: DOT says it issued a warning to L'industrie to get rid of the outdoor dining bus or else it will face fines. In the last week, DOT gave out similar warnings to 136 eateries that have not taken down their outdoor dining sheds.
Yes 🫡 there is an outdoor dining shed at L’industrie in Williamsburg - High school students at Yula Boys School in LA surprised their teacher with a car today. They spent the summer raising over $13,000 and orchestrated an elaborate reveal today on campus. Vibe is unreal, the students were freaking out all afternoon.

- Well, a part of the Jay Z exhibit at BPL just broke and nearly dropped on a woman. This panel was on the wall covering a clock and dropped to the ground, made a BOOM so loud it drew a crowd “My love for Jay Z almost killed me!!” Said the woman who nearly missed getting crushed
