    - Business owner in our plumbing/HVAC group - notices business is slow - looks into it - google ads is busted - been busted for days, didn't notice - pulls a list of 75 customers they did work for last year - gives list to 2 CSRs - "call these people" - gives them outbound script

    Can someone explain the economics of walk in coffee shops to me? Specifically not big franchises or chains. I work from these places fairly frequently, and rarely ever see a place I’d assume is doing well financially. Feels like they get one customer paying $5-$20 every 15-20
