    This is a friendly reminder that there are 3 DEAD PERIODS for Division 1 Baseball recruiting in summer: May 30-June 6 June 18-20 July 3-5 Any showcase events in those time periods will have exactly zero Division 1 coaches in attendance. Plan accordingly.

    Got this text after our pitching camp: "My buddy from Iraq brought his younger son to watch. He had a A’s hat for @daultonj_ to sign. Daulton said hold on. Went to his truck & gave him that glove on his hand. He fell asleep with it on his hand on the ride home."

    Well-intended posts: "They are watching" so be on best behavior b/c colleges, etc are 👀at u. I say: screw who's watching. Play hard, compete, act right way b/c that's WHO YOU ARE. Let schools and scouts see the real u. If they don't like it, why would u want to play there?

    For most of my adult life, I’ve dealt with debilitating bouts of depression. I’ve had 3 major episodes in my life. I’m an energetic guy, but when it hits it hits hard. I’ve learned some things that work for me... doing the things I love every day helps keep the darkness at bay.

    0-3 in pool play in Cary last year (run ruled 2x) We didn't cut a single player. The boys (and us) shut up and went to work. It's bigger than just a DH sweep. This is a statement of who they are as a team & who we want to be as a program.

    Awesome moment for our @AlphaMovementBB Power 24’s winning the @USABChamps_AZ 16u Gold Medal. Want to also send congratulations to Easton Prime Red- heck of a run by them, including almost coming back from down 7 in the ‘ship. Really good squad and they play hard!
