There’s a lot of negative wrestling news that flies around, so I want share some positivity. Saturday night, Wardlow saw a little girl crying. Her mom couldn’t afford to buy her my Slam Buddy. So, he walked over to me, bought one, and gave it to that little girl. 🥹- A 9 year chapter officially comes to a close. Thankful for all of the memories, lessons, and great tag-teaming as well. I am now a divorced Frost. Please be respectful of our privacy. 🤍
- That one line in Eddie’s promo really resonated with me: “I tried to drown my demons, but it turns out… they can swim.” Anyway, today marks 60 days without a drink.
- Today is the day I choose to stop drinking alcohol. I quit for years before, but it crept back in. This is a reminder that you don’t have to hit rock bottom to make a positive change in your life. You can. Right now. Today.
- Has anyone identified the crying fan? He probably has no idea who I am, but I want to send him a package. He represents a beautiful honesty and love for the thing we all (supposedly) love too!
