    So if someone says they deal with depression and two weeks later you see them out don’t say: “you sure don’t look depressed to me!” I didn’t know there was a certain duration of time that you’re supposed to walk around looking sad, hunched over, walking slow, etc! 🤦🏽‍♀️

    Your churchy cliches do NOT work when it comes to depression or other mental illnesses. Stop telling people they’re not praying enough, or praying the right things. Heck if that was the case, my prayer for your ignorance to vanish would have worked by now!! Love you! 🙏🏽
