Due to the bad weather, we won’t be able to collect all bins due to be emptied today (Sat 4 Jan) and yesterday (Fri 3 Jan). We will get to as many as we can, but if we don’t empty your bin today, please leave it out for collection. Our crews will be round as soon as possible.

Quote image. Text says "John was not just a colleague of mine, he was a friend. He and I represented Foxbar when it was single member wards, and quickly became friends and colleagues, helping each other out in the constituencies - something that was quite unusual in local politics in 1999! As much as we had some political differences, we agreed on most things and I admired his ability to speak out against things he hated."
