- #edtwt Iโve gained a bit of weight, but honestly, I canโt really feel it yet. My looks and clothing size are the same, so I guess itโs not fat. But my body finally feels nourished, and my healthโs way better โ thatโs a recovery win for sure๐ช๐

- #edtwt This isnโt an optical illusion โ itโs my arm and leg.๐ I ride an electric-assist bike to work every day. Technically, itโs close enough to walk, but I still need more recovery before I can make that happen.๐ฆตโฃ๏ธ
- #edtwt My thighs are still this weak. In daily life, what I struggle with the most is that I canโt go up the stairs by myself without a handrail. Iโm not physically disabled, so I want to recover on my own and overcome it๐ช๐
