I'm grateful for @JoaquinCastrotx's partnership every step of the way. We conducted an oversight visit together at the Dilley facility the day Dilan & Margoth were detained, & what we saw should upset every American. I'm proud to support his leadership to close Dilley & protect - “Not one dime from taxpayers.” That's what Trump said about his White House ballroom. Now we know he's using over $300 million of your tax dollars on it. That's money that should have been used to lower healthcare costs, restore SNAP benefits, and support affordable housing.
