I’m devastated to learn that our friend Chris Schultz died of a heart attack yesterday. He was 61. Schultzy was larger than life in so many ways... CFL and NFL. He played in both. He covered both. He loved both. His life was a football life. One I’ll never forget. RIP Big Man

Dutchy was a friend, a colleague and the lifeblood of TSN for nearly 30 years And one of the funniest, most original people I’ve ever known. One of a kind. His death makes me profoundly sad. But his memory will always make me smile. Rest in peace, Dutch.

The only time I was truly starstruck as a reporter...with Toronto Argonauts owner John Candy in 1991. He’d kindly agreed to pose in character. I can still remember hearing the awful news of his death 3 years later. A comedy legend. A great Canadian. Gone 25 years ago today...

Remembering my father, George, who landed on Juno Beach in June 1944. Until his passing last February, he always remembered his father, who fought in the trenches of WWI...and his big brother, killed the day after D-Day when his plane was shot down. #RemembranceDay2018 #Always

Thinking of my friends Chris Schultz and Tony D’Archi on this opening night. They’d have loved it. Never forgotten. 🙏

Such a devastating time for so many friends and colleagues, but the worst news came yesterday. Former CFL on TSN producer Tony D’Archi, 50, passed away Monday of a heart attack. No one worked harder. No one cared more. My thoughts are with his wife Briana and their 2 children.

Very sad news today... Peter Watts was one of earliest voices of TSN when it all started in 1984. He hosted, he reported, he produced, he mentored. He championed coverage of amateur sport. He cared about getting ‘the story’ right. I won’t forget him. He was a true original.

Our thoughts are with the family, friends and colleagues of former TSN host and reporter Peter Watts, who has passed away at age 68. bit.ly/2Rz6vNT
