    Im just finishing up a hard week in the ICU with 7am to 9 pm (finishing notes) for 6 days straight. I finish tomorrow. Let me just say that there’s a lot of Flu and it’s Nasty! Like really really bad. Horrible. Stay safe.

    Two papers that convinced me that the best early treatment for COVID is sunlight and why (a thread): Sunlight's photons are more than 50% infrared. Infrared light passes through the body very easily (even through bone). As seen in this picture:

    Remember that H5N1 has already made the jump from birds to mammals. It’s in 6 different dairy farms in the US. The jump from birds to cows is bigger than the jump from cows to humans.

    So now the we have confirmation that this type of light is beneficial for the human body who’s going to tell them that the insides of our home are now devoid of such light. 1) no more incandescents 2) Low E glass which specifically filters this out. 3) 93% of our time spent
