    And they don’t have to do the farcical year 6 SATS. It’s completely weighted for them to have a better educational experience and learning outcomes. Ie they get to learn as oppose to be taught how to pass pointless tests. Thanks for always trying to reset the balance Lucy.

    Tomorrow marks my 100 days @CooperativesUK I could not be happier with the plans & potential ahead. I’ve learnt so much & I am so inspired by the breadth & diversity of #coops in the UK. My 2021 mission, to grow coops as they distribute POWER & WEALTH for a fairer future for all.

    My last day as @SharpFutures CEO and what a wonderful way to end with @danielmcdwyer Christmas singalong zoom! I’ll miss working daily with this wonderful bunch of people who are making an incredible difference to the lives of young people. Here’s to 2021!
