    Story worth sharing… Abby was a 2:31.7 HS 800M runner. I didn’t travel her last year indoors because she wasn’t ready for this level. Today, she ran 2:14!!! Being coachable and being motivated go a LONG WAYS! Can’t wait to watch her continue to blossom over the years ahead! 🌊

    LET EM PLAY! I hate to see these sort of DQ’s in T&F. I’m sure he worked hard all year to earn this opportunity to celebrate a dominant championship victory at home. I can also handle watching a FB guy hit the gritty from 20yards out on a TD. I give this DQ 👎👎

    Truly blessed by this! 🙏 Though I get this recognition... I gotta give all the credit to those superstars I coach who totalled 5️⃣9️⃣ points towards our MAC Indoor Track & Field Championship 🏆 They train so hard for me and then raced their hearts out for this title! 🐾

    In my first year as a Director, I have enjoyed watching my Assistant Coaches implement our standard for the program. It’s not always easy or linear, but we have surrounded ourselves with those that understand what it takes to succeed here. The standard is set. Now watch us ROLL🌊
