- Proud of one of our @SewaneeFootball student-athletes, as he was driving up to report to campus, a bad car accident on the highway occurred right in front of him. He stopped his car and provided care to the 3 people ejected from the car. Reminder- always use your seatbelt!
- April 28th 2012, Chris Greenwood from Albion College was the 148th pick in the NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. In the history of the NFL Draft, 3 MIAA athletes have had their name called, all 3 are from @AlbionFootball. POUND. PURPLE. POUND. #PPP
- It's a great day to be a Brit! Congrats @nick_fannon on being named AFCA All-American. Nick is the ultimate teammate and flat out relentless on the field. #PPP
- You only have so many opportunities for the Daddy Daughter Dance; can’t let a year slip by. Set it up in our living room this year. Rachel picked out the play list and we had a great time. Easy to dance like no one is watching — when no one is actually watching!
- The northern lights at Sprankle-Sprandel Stadium late last night. Pound Purple Pound! #PPP
- Brits in the NFL! Our WR coach @RICO_WALLACE is an assistant WR coach for the NY Jets during the entire NFL preseason. Enjoying a night watching him work during the HOF game tonight. #PPP
- A prof asked students in her classes, who was registered to vote. She mentioned the only people in her classes to raise their hands were Sewanee football student-athletes. It's time to get to work on getting non student-athletes registered. #YSR #YSRocksTheVote
- We talk with our @SewaneeFootball student-athletes about having a positive impact on the campus community each day. On Tues and Wed, we unloaded trucks of hay at the Equestrian Center. Social Distancing and masks in full force. #YSR #FOTM #ProtectTheBubble
- ****Every player, not just the trenches**** Player safety is #1 here at Albion. I believe we are the 2nd team in the country to outfit the entire roster with a SAFR cap. VA Tech became the first after the helmet safety test results were released this past spring. #PPPThe trenches are important here at Albion Football! Our @SafrSports ProTech caps came in and with the perfect shade of Albion gold! #PPP
- For 3 years, my wife has taught yoga for the @SewaneeFootball student-athletes. Tonight I started to pay that back by teaching my first TRX class in the brand new Sewanee Fitwell program she is starting on The Domain for the students. Building a better brain through mvmt. #YSR
- A tremendous collection of men who put everything into the Albion program! Thank you seniors for representing Albion with pride. #PPP
- Tues and Wed, we moved hay, today our @SewaneeFootball student-athletes answered the call to unload a semi full of new beds and move them into a dorm. Check out the proper spacing as we moved the beds (I was holding one overhead as I took the pic.) #YSR #FOTM #ProtectThe Bubble
