Rwanda Bar Association notes Me Vincent LURQUIN today appeared in court as a lawyer, in a lawyer’s gown, although he is not a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and he is not allowed to practice in Rwanda. He has been requested to explain his behaviour.

Today the High Court received the oath of 60 newly admitted advocates. In his remarks, @Moisenkunda advised them to abide by the Laws, rules & Regulations of the Bar. He also emphasized that they should avoid any tendency that leads to corruption and promote ADR in their practice
