- We feel the need to speak on this a bit. 1. If the mall closes, it should be used for housing. 2. The site isn't even big enough for a stadium. PayPal Park (the smallest MLS stadium, 18K seats) is bigger than it. Unless you also want to destroy other businesses around it.
