An 81-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper, Sebastiao Lourenco, who saved Pelé's penalty on 12 May 1971, has kept the ball till today. Game was in the Brazilian national championship.
He is the only goalkeeper alive who saved a penalty kick from Pelé.
