Peel your back foot off the mound like Velcro. Front foot down, then throw, is the feeling you want. Allow your delivery to happen, get to a strong position at foot strike, then bring down the house. Well timed intensity. Stay sideways as long as possible. Build rhythm

I’ve seen more mental health issues in the last 6 months than I have coaching over 9 years... Taking away another season of sports would be absolutely devastating. Kids need sports as their outlet. This isn’t about a game anymore. This is about our lives. Let the kids play 🤙🏼

Simple drill to improve your first move. Nothing new, been around a long time. I recommend using a forgiving wall. A soft surface allows you to build momentum & hide the hip (coil) without holding back. @FlatgroundApp

Foot down, then throw. The feeling we’re searching for. Allow your delivery to happen, get to a strong position at foot strike, then bring down the house. Stay sideways as long as possible. Rhythm before foot strike & violence after. Rotate late, be patient. @FlatgroundApp
