    Reporters who are covering the #Olympics2022 PLEASE do not refer to concerns over serious rights violations in China as mere “allegations” or “accusations from the US.”There is robust evidence and documentation. I and others in the NGO and academic world are happy to share.

    So when Chinese officials say they stand against economic sanctions, need to put that in context. The CCP is quite willing to deploy economic sanctions to suppress freedom and human rights — just not to protect them.
