    I’d like to officially say that I’m excited and like to thank @CoachWingreen allowing me the opportunity to join his staff at @NCFBanyansMBB and will be starting up the JV/Devo program as well. I’m ready to see how God will use me in this next journey of life.

    We as coaches need to remember it’s not about wins and losses. We can get complacent we things are going good. Remember if we win a game but lose a soul then we are failing as coaches.. God has called us to teach our players to be leaders off the court!!

    Just idea and something I’m going do to do with my high school program. Is I’m going to keep my Varsity and JV teams completely separate, so that if heaven forbid my varsity team gets quarantined I will play my JV team in varsity games. That way our opponents don’t lose games..

    If your coaching only to win games let me say you are doing it all wrong. It’s about building relationships and hoping to make a positive impact on young lives. Getting to watch and celebrate a past players wedding is what it’s all about. So proud of you Vincent. God is good!
