$100,000 of the cost of a new home is pure regulation. Not materials or labor, just pure bureaucratic red tape. We are tearing down these regulations to free up housing supply and lower costs for hardworking Americans.

We are closing the mixed status loophole because taxpayer dollars are meant for those who follow the law. HUD-funded housing should go to those who are here legally, not illegal aliens taking homes from the people who need them.
