Honored to join @GovernorShapiro for the signing of my blight bill, which allows counties to impose a fee on properties being sold for delinquent taxes or foreclosure. The fees create a fund to demolish or rehab blighted property in the county. SB 149 is now Act 48 of 2024 📜
