    Quick #crypto update: we'll know whether LB 649, which passed the Nebraska Legislature last week to create a #cryptocurrency and digital asset bank framework, has been signed into law by @GovRicketts by the end of the day tomorrow! I'll post updates as soon as I have them.

    No consequences for reading aloud a graphic rape scene with a fellow senator’s name. None. The Nebraska Legislature is the most public workspace in our state. To allow this to go unchecked is absurd. Nebraskans deserve so much better.

    I know how this crowd operates. Bet there’s plenty of laughs happening as certain senators pretend it’s funny to treat colleagues this way. “Give me a blowjob, Senator Cavanaugh.” Nope. Hell nope. I’m out of words, but y’all can be damn sure I’ll find them by morning session.

    Big news, #cryptofam ! LB 94, my bill adopting the final #Crypto legal framework from the Uniform Law Commission, passed first round debate today! LB 94 builds on Nebraska’s LB 649 to further cement Nebraska as a leader in digital currency. #telcoin #cryptocurrecy
