    Impossible to get one's head around the tragedy this evening in Tipperary. RIP Dillon Quirke. Lovely lad who I interviewed after he scored 0-4 v Waterford in 2020 league, when he said: “I waited all my life for this, it’s a dream come true." Taken too soon.

    This is pretty cool... The French men's GAA football team is going on an Irish tour at the end of next week to play 15-a-side against teams from Dublin clubs. It's a first in the French fédération history and they have Paris Gaels players on the team ! If you're around, please

    I don't know what words to put to the scenes in Carlow today. St Mullins brilliant as they knock us out, and yet one of their players is subsituted as his father, and team selector, takes gravely ill in the stands. Thoughts with the family.

    Honestly, how can some people *still* think this isn't a clear red card? It doesn't matter if it was mistimed or malicious or anywhere in between, he catches him in the head so it's dangerous. Straight red.
